A complete success!

Our meets up were AMAZING!!!!!

Both the market meet up and the festival meet up were highly attended, had represenatives from several modern quilt guilds across the country (and even the world!), had lots of prizes, and consisted of tons of fun!

We had people from Chicago, California, New York, Kansas City, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Calgary, Albuquerque, Toronto, San Anotnio, and one from Russia by way of Spain!

Prizes included tons of magazines, book, charm packs, fabric bundles, batting, and thread! And the prize giveaway went much more smoothly at the Festival meet up since we had learned a few valuable lessons at the market meet up!

We even gave away TWO GO BABY'S! One was won by Shea Henderson (president of the Kansas City MQG) and the other was won by Tammy of our own HMQG!

I think a everyone had a great time at both events, and enjoyed the cool down after a crazy day at both market and festival! Seriously I cannot wait until next year when we can do this all again!

A MEGA HUGE thanks to Robin for being so amazing and pulling all of this together!

I think it was a complete success and next year it will only be better!

So keep that in mind when making plans for the 2012 Market/Festival! Also again I just want to give a huge thank you to all of our super generous sponsors!
