**In lieu of our regular meeting on October 18th, we will be having a wonderful workshop learning and making a cathedral windows pillow!!**

Class Description from Jamie:
In this class you will learn the Cathedral Windows technique using your sewing machine (if you are interested in learning how to do it by hand let me know and I can show you that as well). I will take you step by step to make Cathedral Windows using folding techniques with some tricks along the way to make it easier!

Supplies:*to make an 18" square pillow
Sewing Machine
1 box of small pins (appliqué pins work great)
1 yard solid fabric
3/4 yd border and backing fabric
18- different 3 1/4" squares for windows (great for scraps)
Thread the color of your solid fabric (come to class with at least one bobbin already wound)
18” pillow form (not necessarily needed for class, just for finished pillow)

Please cut the following before coming to class: (*to insure we finish the pillow in class)

1. From the 1 yd solid fabric cut:
9– 10 1/2” squares

2. From border/backing fabric cut:
2-18 1/2" X 22" pieces
2-2" X 15 1/4" pieces
2-2" X 18 1/2" pieces

**Bring a LUNCH and a snack to share and your regular meeting fun stuff!!! (bunting swaps, birthday goodies, sew and tell items) We will be having our regular business at our lunch time (12-1pm)! Stay tuned for our regular newsletter with a list of reminders!
