Jessica Darling Lecture & Workshop

Jessica Darling , formerly of Remnants in Austin, will be joining us on Saturday, January 18, from 10 am to 4 pm to help us start off the new year with a bang! **this is in lieu of our regular meeting**

Here's the scoop on her lecture and workshop:

This is a class all about color! From classic color theory to intuitive inspiration, students will be inspired to create their own unique color stories based on their individual color identities. There is a lecture in the beginning and a workshop for the predominate amount of the class. Students need to bring their sewing machine, necessary cutting tools and other notions, and a big pile of scraps. 

Also, try to coordinate with your mates to share cutting mats, small ironing tables, etc, as we may be tight on space. i'll arrange to have two or three full size ironing boards and irons set up around the perimeter. Don't forget extension cords!
