Retreat!

Last weekend marked our first annual retreat, orchestrated by Tammy. She did a tremendous job planning the weekend, attended by 18 members. We stayed at the Deep Woods Retreat, just a short drive from Houston. The venue was very accommodating; we highly recommend it to quilters in the area! It was a very productive weekend, and fun, too!

March Meeting - Photos

I just finished editing photos from Saturday's meeting. We had lots of new people join us, and lots of fun things to share! Items were due for the scrap swap, four charity quilts were completed, and there were lots of birthdays!

February meeting photos

We had a fun February meeting, with an amazing speaker! Patty Sloniger, winner of Spoonflower's Project Selvage contest, spoke to the guild about her experience with Spoonflower and Michael Miller. She brought adorable examples of her fabrics, and even held a giveaway from two of her calendar panels! Patty was a wonderful speaker, and we really appreciated her visit!
